In a world of data, like the current one, the professionalization of a Data Scientist who knows how to manage, analyse, visualise and help decision-making is key, responding to problems as diverse as: a medical diagnosis, a stock market prediction, a market segmentation, detection of fake news or the discovery of the Higgs Boson. The Master of Science in Data Science responds to this industry demand, training professionals with skills and knowledge mainly in advanced statistics and artificial intelligence, without neglecting data infrastructures and structures; the ethics and legality of these; and its approach to business.
